Game Instructions
Materials:
- 100-piece jigsaw puzzle
- A flat surface to work on
- A bowl or container to keep the puzzle pieces in
Objective:
To complete the jigsaw puzzle by assembling all of the pieces correctly.
Preparation:
- Find a flat surface to work on that is large enough to accommodate the completed puzzle.
- Empty the puzzle pieces onto the surface and spread them out so that you can see them all.
Playing the Game:
- Start by finding the edge pieces of the puzzle. These are the pieces that have two straight edges and two curved edges.
- Assemble the edge pieces to form a frame around the puzzle.
- Once you have the frame assembled, start filling in the puzzle with the remaining pieces.
- Work on one section of the puzzle at a time. Look for pieces that fit together based on their shapes and colours.
- As you find pieces that fit together, connect them to form larger sections of the puzzle.
- Continue working on the puzzle until you have assembled all the pieces and the puzzle is complete.
Tips:
- If you are having trouble finding a piece, try looking for it in a different section of the puzzle.
- If you are still having trouble, take a break and come back to the puzzle later.
- It is helpful to sort the puzzle pieces by colour or pattern before you start assembling the puzzle.
- Use a puzzle board to keep the pieces in place while you are working on the puzzle.
- If you are working on a large puzzle, it may be helpful to break it down into smaller sections.
